‘THE ECHO TANGO‘

The ‘echo’ effect can be heard between similar phrases in this tuneful tango, but it was originally written as a duet, and the second banjo part includes phrases which imitate those in the solo. The piece sounds quite complete when played on one banjo, but the accompaniment adds an extra dimension to the effect, and so has been published separately for players who can make use of it. Written in the keys of C and F major, both parts should be well within the capabilities of the average banjoist.
