Durable strings with a balanced tone.
The 1st string is plain steel. The 2nd, 3rd and 4th strings are nickel or phosphor bronze round wound, loop-ends or ball-ends. Phosphor bronze wound produce a bright tone, nickel wound strings produce a more mellow tone.
