This is a typical Morley showpiece, with the first two sections employing a great deal of his alternate first finger and thumb technique.   The third movement is a tuneful song-like melody played on the first string with chord accompaniment on the lower ones.    The piece is well-played by Bill Ball on his ‘Pompadour’ CD, although the piano accompaniment is rather overpowering.
