Cammeyer Vibrante Zither Banjo (pre-owned)

A Cammeyer Vibrante zither banjo, satinwood banded resonator, engraved mother of pearl inlay to the ebony fretboard, serial no. 4262/48, made circa 28.02.1911, cased, 9” head, 12” resonator, 27 1/8” scale length, fully functional, action is excellent, no buzzing, all original, beautiful sounding, excellent workmanship. Width of nut is 1 3/8” (35mm). Finish is intact, however, some cracking on the laminated walnut rim. Set up with nylon 1st, 2nd and 5th strings, gut 3rd and silver wound on nylon 4th. Excellent condition. Top of the range zither banjo.
